If you require specific information about your pension, we will reply by regular mail to the most recent address on file. We will reply to an email via email only if your question is general in nature.
Please provide your name, service or pension number, release date if applicable, mailing address and phone number. If you are a survivor of a serving member or pensioner, please ALSO provide your maiden name.
DO NOT include your social insurance number (SIN) or banking information in emails.
